Specialty Catering for Weddings…Thinking Outside the Box

So…you are getting married in a park, at a block party, or in your backyard.  How can you ramp your wedding up without losing the down home casual feel.  Well just look to the summer streets of many cities, tourist spots, and theme parks.  On many a corner you will find the treasure that any city dweller will tell you is a frequent stop in warm weather.

The mobile food truck.

Food, specialty cuising, wedding catering

The diversity of what cuisines are offered on these trucks is nothing short of amazing and with the freedom of creating your own menu you can get creative and name your culinary offerings anything you want.  Personalize your sandwiches, appetizers and entrees by tagging them after your friends, your family, or your hobbies.

Wedding catering by way of the food truck is perfect for any wedding, but especially for those that are looking for a more “homey” feel, but still want to be original and outside of the box.

You know, I have been thinking about starting foo-truck services in India. How many permissions do you typically need to start such services?

Hey that’s a good idea, even for other special celebrations, like birthdays. 🙂 visiting you from UBC Mackie, hoping you’ve had a lovely week and are ready for the weekend.

Wow, what a great idea – I would never have thought of this. Thanks for post!

They look great. We opted for a vintage style for our wedding to match my dress and my husband’s jacket, which were both 14th/15th century. The drama style was at a friend’s wedding recently, who had a music/gig theme. I loved it and definitely brought out the couples’ personalities.
